This letter sets out the terms and conditions under which we offer our services. Please read the following information and if you have
any questions please feel free to contact us.
To fully confirm your reservation we must be in receipt of your non-refundable deposit (the deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your flowers) and we ask that you sign and return a copy of this letter.
We will send you an invoice for 100% of the Total Cost (minus your deposit), once we have discussed and agreed on your wedding plans. On receiving of your deposit, it will be shown on your invoice highlighting what you have paid and how much money is still outstanding. The remaining balance must be paid one month prior to your event..
If late amendments have needed to be done, an additional invoice will be sent to you, this should be paid in full as soon as possible.
Cancellation by You
If you decide to cancel your reservation, you must notify us as soon as possible in writing.
If you cancel your booking you will forfeit the booking deposit.
Fleur Provocateur retains the right to exchange, or amend the flower content in the case of flowers being of an inferior quality, the replacement flowers will be of similar or higher standard to the originally discussed design. Due to the nature and last-minute arrival of flowers, it may not be possible to discuss this with you.
All glassware, vases, containers are on loan, and all damaged or missing items will be charged for at the full price.
